As our Business Development Manager, you are the engine behind Daos Hub’s growth. Your mission is to generate high-quality deal flow, convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, and continuously expand the value of our member ecosystem.
At this stage, every deal shapes the trajectory of the hub — who joins, what value they bring, and how the network compounds. You won’t just close sales; you’ll architect relationships that strengthen the entire community.
Days 1–30: Learn & Activate
- Deep dive into Daos Hub’s offering, positioning, and member profiles
- Understand current pipeline, ICPs, and sales materials
- Begin outbound and inbound pipeline generation
- Join discovery calls and start leading your own
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end
- Structure and close your first deals (memberships, partnerships, bundles)
- Collaborate closely with Community Managers on upsell opportunities
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current BD processes
- Refine outreach strategies using AI and modern tools
- Build repeatable BD systems and playbooks
- Increase conversion rates and deal velocity
- Actively contribute to shaping Daos Hub’s growth strategy in Dubai
Days 30–60: Build & Close
