As a Senior Lead, Technical Solutions at Corcentric, you will join a driven, collaborative team within an entrepreneurial global organization. You are a high-impact, hand-on leader with domain expertise in Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Managed Accounts Receivable (Managed AR), and Procurement programs with strong technical leadership across modern technology stacks.

You will lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable, high-performance solutions using .NET, Python, Microservices, Kafka, AWS, Spark, SSIS, SSRS, Lightdash, and advanced data models.

We are currently prioritizing hiring out of the following office location(s):

  • Bethesda, MD
  • Cherry Hill, NJ

US-based remote candidates may also be considered. Remote candidates must be based in the US in a state where we are set up as an employer (including IL, IN, OH, PA, FL, GA, TN, and TX) and must be available to travel from time to time for in-person meetings, training sessions, social events, or similar.

As a Senior Technical Solutions Lead, you will:

  • Serve as the senior Subject Matter Expert and technical lead for GPO operations, Managed AR processes, and Procurement workflows.
  • Lead hands-on design and development of end-to-end solutions leveraging .NET (C#), Python, Microservices architecture, and event-driven systems using Kafka.
  • Architect and implement scalable data pipelines using Spark, SSIS, and AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, etc.).
  • Design, develop, and optimize reporting and analytics solutions using SSRS, Lightdash, and modern BI tools.
  • Build and maintain robust, high-performance data models and data warehouses to support advanced analytics and business intelligence.
  • Translate complex procurement and AR business requirements into scalable technical solutions and personally contribute to coding, implementation, and delivery.
  • Lead technical workstreams involving microservices development, real-time data streaming (Kafka), batch and big data processing (Spark), and cloud-native architectures on AWS.
  • Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability across applications and data platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues spanning application, data, integration, and cloud layers.
  • Mentor and guide development teams on best practices in .NET, Python, Microservices, Kafka, Spark, and AWS cloud solutions.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, high-scale technical solutions in a senior hands-on capacity.
  • Advanced expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT patterns, and analytics solution development.
  • Deep domain expertise in Procurement, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), and/or Managed Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Strong hands-on experience with the following technologies:

  • .NET / C# development and Microservices architecture
  • Python for data engineering and automation
  • Kafka for event streaming and real-time processing
  • Spark for big data processing
  • AWS cloud platform (multiple services)
  • SSIS (ETL development) and SSRS (Reporting)
  • Lightdash or equivalent modern analytics/BI tools

It’s great if you also have:

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Previous experience in a GPO, healthcare supply chain, or procurement services organization.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement cycles, supplier management, contract management, and AR automation.
  • Experience designing and implementing cloud-native, event-driven architectures.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Track record of delivering solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Your compensation package upon joining Corcentric will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your relevant professional experience and qualifications: your certifications, training, and educational achievements; your geographic location; and Corcentric business and organizational requirements. It is expected that the base salary for this role will be between $180,000 - $200,000, annually, plus eligibility for our annual discretionary bonus program.
