Klaviyo is seeking a Product Specialist, Customer Agent to accelerate growth of our Customer Agent product within K:Service. This is a dedicated, revenue-focused specialist seller role designed to drive pipeline generation, increase close rates, and work closely to support both internal Klaviyo sellers and partners on Customer Agent opportunities. This role is not a technical overlay or solutions architect position. Instead, it is a focused commercial specialist who partners closely with Account Executives, Product, and Solutions teams to create near-term revenue impact and drive Customer Agent adoption across segments.
The Product Specialist will report directly to the Segment Director and will be deployed strategically across:
- Pipeline generation initiatives
- High-priority in-flight pursuits
- Strategic partnership opportunities
- Upmarket expansion motions
This is a high-visibility role designed to create immediate impact and accelerate Customer Agent growth.
What you’ll do:
Revenue Acceleration & Pipeline Generation
- Own dedicated pipeline generation efforts for Customer Agent within assigned segment
- Partner with AEs to identify, qualify, and advance Customer Agent opportunities
- Proactively source and create net-new Customer Agent pipeline
- Execute focused outbound and partnership-driven motions
Deal Support & Conversion
- Engage in high-priority in-flight opportunities to improve win rates
- Lead Customer Agent discovery and value articulation conversations
- Position Customer Agent within broader K:Service value narrative
- Drive urgency and executive alignment in late-stage pursuits
Strategic Partnership Activation
- Partner with leadership to activate RCS / Google partnership opportunities
- Identify accounts that can leverage Customer Agent in partnership contexts
- Coordinate with Product and GTM teams on joint execution strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Segment AEs
- Product team
- Solutions Architects
- Marketing
- Partnerships
- Provide field feedback to Product to inform roadmap and positioning
- Help build repeatable Customer Agent sales plays
Focus & Ownership
- Maintain singular focus on Customer Agent performance within segment
- Track and report pipeline creation, influenced revenue, and close rate impact
- Operate as the segment’s go-to commercial expert for Customer Agent
Who you are:
- Proven quota-carrying SaaS seller (Commercial, Corporate, or Mid-Market experience preferred)
- Strong pipeline generation skills
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to drive urgency and executive alignment
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Solutions
- Strong business acumen and storytelling skills
- Track record of outperforming quota
Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
