### Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Welcomes guests warmly upon arrival at the bar and directs them to available seating.
Assists bartenders by taking drink orders, delivering beverages, and ensuring timely service.
Provides information on cocktails, beverages, and bar offerings to guests.
Monitors guest satisfaction and responds promptly and courteously to inquiries or requests.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters and seating areas.
Supports smooth bar operations during high-volume service, special events, and evening functions.
Participates in daily briefings, team meetings, and required training sessions.
Adheres to hygiene, safety, and operational policies at all times.
Performs any additional duties assigned by the Bar Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or Management.
### Core Competencies:
Fluent in English and Italian is required. Must communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Previous experience in hospitality, bars, or luxury venues preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills.
Professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor at all times.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume evening service.
Flexible with scheduling to meet operational needs, including evenings and weekends.
Positive, approachable, and cooperative attitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Must hold the required authorization to work in a European country.
