About Aethos Monterosa

In the middle of the Aosta Valley, below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers, lies Aethos Monterosa – a five-star active luxury resort featuring two F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. We are looking for an outstanding team to join us for the upcoming summer season.

As our Front Office Agent, you'll be the ambassador of our hotel's hospitality, greeting guests with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor, and ensuring that their first impression of our establishment is a positive and memorable one.

Check-In Champion: Are you ready to be the master of efficiency and organization at our front desk? From processing check-ins and check-outs to assisting with room assignments and reservations, you'll be the linchpin that ensures our guests' arrival and departure experiences are smooth and hassle-free.

Information Guru: Do you thrive on providing helpful information and assistance to others? Then you'll feel right at home in our front office, where you'll be the go-to resource for guests seeking information about our hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options, ensuring that every guest has everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Problem-Solving Pro: Ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way with grace and professionalism? With your quick thinking and resourcefulness, you'll handle guest inquiries and requests with ease, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
