- Ensures that all internal control and compliance requirements are regularly reviewed and met, and that corrective actions are taken to mitigate any overall risk.
- Delivers regular reporting to drive business performance.
- Acts as bridge with Finance to ensure that reporting reflects a true and fair representation of the underlying business.
- In close collaboration with manager, drive financial performance management with internal stakeholders with guidance and support on financial metrics, and implementation of projects/initiatives.
- Work with billing process focal as liaison to complete data-related processing, provides visibility of financial related reports, data, and insight to support the business outcome.
- Proactively work with internal stakeholders, business team to optimize financial related process, reporting, and other tasks to consistently drive the efficiency and data quality.
- Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner and keep the internal/external stakeholders informed of the status.
- Understanding business criticality and prioritizing the tasks effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years and above working experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or related position. Mastery of using Data Analysis tools like Excel, VBA, Python Panda and Spark.
- Knowledge in Supply Chain Management / E-commerce Logistics – Added Advantage.
- Good logical thinking, excellent learning skill, basic understanding of accounting.
- Strong sense of urgency, be able to work in flexible time zone.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill and should be able to build good working relationship.
- Drive for Results – Drives for results and success, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition.
- Good Team Player, maintaining a “We first” instead of “I first”.
- Adapt to changes, basis business requirements.
