Role Overview

Supports the administrative and operational functions of the Corporate Governance team. Ensures data accuracy, document preparation, and participation in compliance-related governance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with incorporations, dissolutions, and corporate updates.

• Maintain statutory registers and prepare annual returns.

• Update and monitor records in QCore.

• Respond to internal governance queries.

• Prepare and distribute board packs and assist with meeting minutes.

• Support process improvement initiatives.
