Data Migration Analyst

As a Data Migration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the company's operations, focusing on processing and analyzing data to be imported into our systems from our clients’, in a SaaS context.

Job Description:

• Execute the data migration from a given file (from simple to highly complex) provided by the client into our SaaS;

• Provide support to employees and clients by resolving data import-related issues;

• Identify and report bugs in the internal Import Tool, tracking progress until final resolution;

• Create innovative solutions (including script development) to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity;

• Ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing strict data security practices and policies;

• Actively collaborate with the team, assisting them in solving complex problems, documenting processes, and providing technical support as needed;

• Test and validate new solutions developed, offering constructive feedback to promote continuous process improvement;

• Collaborate with Global team in order to improve process needs and develop new tool useful to the local countries.

Qualifications:

• Experience with data-centric roles that require extensive technical knowledge;

• Proven experience with technical and non-technical customer-facing interactions;

• Intermediate English (written and spoken) - you will work in an international team!

• Advanced Excel and SQL skills;

• Knowledge of programming logic, ideally with languages like Python or R;

• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems;

• Ownership, time management skills, and a sense of urgency.
  

Nice-to-have:

• A higher education degree in IT-related fields (Data Processing, Software Engineering);

• Experience working in a SaaS company with a fast-paced environment.
