Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Spanish
- Assist customers with account queries, product information, and technical issues related to FinTech solutions
- Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions accurately within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
- Stay updated on FinTech industry developments and company products
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in FinTech, banking, or related industries
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with full relocation support provided
