Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Portuguese-Speaking FinTech Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a fully paid relocation package. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, providing them with high-quality support and assistance for various FinTech products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and issues in Portuguese
• Provide timely and accurate information about FinTech products and services
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Stay updated on the latest FinTech trends and company product offerings
• Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve service quality

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support within the FinTech or financial services sector
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Athens with full relocation support provided
