Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer support in Portuguese
- Assist clients with inquiries related to fashion products, orders, returns, and promotions
- Manage customer interactions efficiently and document all communication in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues
- Maintain strong product knowledge to guide clients effectively
- Gather customer feedback to help improve services and offerings
- Participate in training and development programs while adapting to the new work environment after relocating to Greece
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous customer support experience, ideally in fashion or luxury retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Greece
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Proficiency with customer support tools and CRM platforms
