As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for supporting Portuguese-speaking customers by resolving their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing a seamless streaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and technical questions related to streaming services in Portuguese
• Assist with subscription management, billing issues, and troubleshooting streaming problems
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience through feedback and suggestions
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product features and policies

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken) is required. Please specify your nationality and native language in your application materials.
• Experience in customer support, ideally within digital media or streaming services
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
