This position includes fully paid relocation assistance, making it an excellent choice for Polish speakers seeking international career experience.
In this role, you will provide high-quality support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of consumer products. Your ability to communicate effectively in Polish will be key to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in Polish concerning consumer product inquiries
- Assist customers with product information, order management, returns, and complaints
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product offerings
- Collect and report customer feedback to help enhance products and services
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and wider consumer trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service or consumer products industry is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, with full relocation expenses covered
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
