Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries related to fashion and luxury products, orders, and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product releases
• Provide a personalized and high-quality customer service experience
• Participate in training and development programs, including relocation support activities

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Greece
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with customer support software and CRM tools
