In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and assistance related to a wide range of consumer products.

Your fluency in Italian will enable you to manage customer inquiries efficiently, handle order processes, and resolve any issues while delivering a superior customer experience. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in Italian across various channels
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, delivery tracking, and returns
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Collect and report customer feedback to support continual service improvements
• Stay informed about product updates and market trends in the consumer goods sector

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in consumer products or retail
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, with full relocation support provided
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage
