This role is well-suited for individuals who possess fluency in German and are committed to providing exceptional customer service in the digital banking industry.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to German-speaking clients by addressing their banking inquiries, resolving issues related to digital banking products, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective customer support in German for digital banking services
• Assist clients with inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and digital banking tools
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
• Stay updated on digital banking products and industry trends
• Participate in training sessions to develop professional skills

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English with strong communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities

• No prior banking experience is necessary; customer service experience is advantageous
