As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for effectively managing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient customer service in both Czech and English across multiple communication channels
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure comprehensive resolution of customer issues
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to support service enhancements
• Stay informed about company products, services, and procedures to provide informed assistance
• Participate in ongoing training and development to uphold service standards

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech, and proficiency in English, is required.
• You must clearly state your native language and nationality in your application.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a full relocation support package.
• An EU residency/passport is mandatory.
