This position is based in Athens, Greece, with fully paid relocation assistance. Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and IT support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving IT-related problems efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately within support systems.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior teams as needed.
• Keep current with IT products and support procedures.
• Ensure timely, professional communication and follow-up with customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or cover letter.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience or knowledge in IT support or related technical fields is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece; full relocation expenses covered.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with customer support software and ticket management is an advantage.
