We are looking to hire a Marketing Operations Officer who leads the operational backbone of the marketing function by ensuring data integrity, automation excellence, performance visibility, and campaign efficiency across all digital initiatives. This is in addition to maintaining and continuously enhancing the marketing database, ensuring accuracy, enrichment, segmentation readiness, and compliance standards. You will oversee marketing automation execution, manage digital campaign deployment and reporting, and translate performance data into actionable optimization insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of marketing automation activities, including email campaigns, nurturing flows, segmentation logic, and performance tracking within the marketing automation platform.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze campaign performance reports, translating analytics into clear insights and optimization recommendations.
- Own the governance, maintenance, enrichment, and quality control of the marketing database, ensuring segmentation accuracy, data hygiene standards, and CRM alignment.
- Lead end-to-end execution of digital campaigns (LinkedIn, paid media, email, landing pages), ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and continuous performance improvement.
- Allocate and monitor digital campaign budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency, performance alignment, and optimization against defined KPIs and revenue objectives.
- Build structured performance dashboards that provide visibility into MQL generation, engagement metrics, campaign ROI, and funnel contribution.
- Identify process gaps within marketing operations and proactively implement structured workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Maintain awareness of evolving marketing technology tools, automation best practices, and data governance standards to continuously enhance operational maturity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years experience in marketing operations, automation, or digital performance (B2B preferred, ideally fintech/tech)
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM + marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proven ability to:
- Manage and clean marketing databases (segmentation, enrichment, data quality)
- Execute and optimize digital campaigns end-to-end (email, paid media, landing pages)
- Track performance accurately (UTMs, attribution, conversion tracking)
- Strong analytical capability to:
- Build dashboards and interpret performance (MQLs, funnel, ROI)
- Translate data into actionable insights and optimizations
- Link marketing performance to revenue impact
- Solid understanding of:
- Lead lifecycle & funnel metrics
- Attribution models & campaign efficiency (CPL, CPA, ROI)
