Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet the company's sourcing requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance to ensure specifications and compliance.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize the procurement strategy.
• Develop and maintain sourcing strategies to ensure a competitive advantage.
• Prepare and present sourcing reports and recommendations to senior management.                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 0_2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sourcing decisions.
• Excellent English, communication and interpersonal skills.
