Quality Pharmacist (Ready to Be Registered as a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Manager

•  Full supervision of the warehouse quality certification file
• Following up and implementing the requirements and regulations of the Food and Drug Authority, while ensuring full compliance
• Supervising the implementation of quality systems within the warehouse (storage – handling – traceability)
• Dealing with regulatory inspectors and following up on observations and inspection reports
• Preparing and updating the required documents for audits and inspection processes
• Registering the pharmacist as the responsible Warehouse Manager in accordance with applicable regulations
• Coordinating with management to ensure continuous compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Fresh graduate or with experience not exceeding 6 months
• Basic knowledge of quality systems and Food & Drug Authority regulations
• Good organizational skills with the ability to learn and follow up effectively
• Ability to deal with regulatory authorities and inspectors
