Direct Sales Representative

About the Role:
Maharah Human Resources Company is looking for a dynamic Direct Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales activities, engaging directly with clients, and expanding our customer base through effective communication and personalized service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients
• Identify client needs and tailor offerings to meet those needs
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Achieve or exceed sales quotas and contribute to business growth
• Keep detailed records of sales activities and client information
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated success in direct sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with a results-oriented approach
• Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
