Al-Watania Information Systems is on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious Lead Generation to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive company growth. Key Responsibilities
- Find and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to spark interest.
- Run outbound outreach campaigns to generate a steady flow of leads.
- Qualify leads and clearly communicate how WiSys can add value to their business.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Keep CRM records up to date with lead interactions and progress.
- Track market trends to sharpen outreach approaches.
- Meet monthly lead generation targets and report on pipeline activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, or phone calls.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
