Role Description

As a Marketing Trainee (Tamheer), you will support the Marketing team in developing and executing creative campaigns that enhance brand presence and audience engagement. This program will provide you with hands-on experience in marketing operations, content creation, and visual design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing materials and contribute to building a strong brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Support content creation, including social media posts, marketing materials, and promotional content.
• Contribute to visual design tasks such as creating graphics, presentations, and brand assets.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Assist in managing social media platforms and scheduling content.
• Support marketing operations and coordination to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Marketing team as needed.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital content creation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and branding consistency.

• Prior internship, freelance work, or personal projects in marketing or design is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies for content creation and design is a plus.
