Senior Road Engineer

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly experienced Senior Road Engineer to lead the planning, design, and construction supervision of road infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in all phases of road engineering to ensure delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and efficient road networks that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and review of road alignments, pavements, drainage, and related infrastructure components.
• Conduct feasibility studies, traffic analysis, and cost estimations.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, structural, and environmental engineers for integrated project delivery.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and tender documents.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and field staff.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and environmental sustainability standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in road design, construction, and project management.
• Proficiency with road design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and traffic analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of pavement design, materials, and construction methods.
• Experience managing large-scale road infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with local standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia preferred.
