Responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering engaging training sessions focused on sales techniques, company policies, and product knowledge.
- Onboarding new call center employees and preparing them to meet performance expectations.
- Assessing training effectiveness and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Collaborating with management to update and improve training materials and processes.
- Maintaining detailed training records and reports.
