About the role: 

Join our fast-growing beauty brand and become a key member of our expanding marketing team. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator who sits at the intersection of integrated campaign planning and retail execution. This role supports end-to-end campaign management across wholesale partners and owned channels, while helping drive the operational engine that keeps our marketing running smoothly. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of marketing experience, a passion for clean beauty, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is hybrid, with the expectation to work in-office at least one-two days per week at our Venice, California headquarters and be on site for events and photo shoots in the LA area and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the integrated & retail marketing calendar, ensuring visibility across all campaigns, launches, and partner activations
  • Track end-to-end campaign execution from brief through delivery across retail and owned channels
  • Serve as the central coordination point across marketing, creative, product, operations, and external partners
  • Build and maintain trackers, timelines, and organizational systems to keep campaigns on track; leverage AI tools to streamline workflows
  • Support co-branded retail campaigns across digital and in-store channels with key partners (e.g., Nordstrom, Ulta, Erewhon), including asset development, retailer content, and sampling logistics
  • Develop toolkits capturing merchandising and event guidelines for wholesale teams; contribute ideas to elevate in-store storytelling and execution
  • Track campaign performance and proof-of-performance reporting; develop quarterly recap decks for internal and partner stakeholders
  • Conduct competitive monitoring across retail partners, paid media, and influencer campaigns; maintain a centralized tracker and surface actionable insights
  • Coordinate product and asset logistics for campaigns, shoots, and activations
  • Maintain organized documentation across campaign plans, product flow, and execution trackers
  • Contribute to the evolution of the OSEA Skincare Studio retail experience across in-store touchpoints

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, trade marketing, or a related field (beauty or wellness industry preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders across teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and surface meaningful insights
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with AI tools or project management platforms (Asana, Monday, Notion) is a plus
  • A creative eye and genuine enthusiasm for the clean beauty space
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Ai tools a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)
  • Openness to utilizing AI
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position

Compensation:

The anticipated hourly salary range for this position is $33.00-$38.00 per hour. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
