Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Review and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Participate in the preparation of financial reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 months experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
