This role is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract and is based in our Limassol office.

### Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients across the German market.

Plan and conduct a structured cadence of client meetings to understand individual objectives, deliver platform and market updates, and address client concerns.

Ensure client satisfaction and retention by maintaining professional and supportive relationships.

Act in the best interest of clients at all times, responding promptly to enquiries and delivering a service standard aligned with Capital.com's commitment to client outcomes.

Foster positive client experiences that translate into constructive feedback and public reviews.

Maintain a thorough understanding of Capital.com's product suite, platform developments, and marketing initiatives, communicating these clearly and accurately to clients.

Reactivate and re-engage inactive clients through targeted outreach.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Customer Support, Trading and Marketing to ensure operational efficiency and a consistent client experience.

Operate at all times within Capital.com's regulatory obligations and internal compliance framework.

### Requirements:

Native or near-native proficiency in German, with strong written and spoken English.

Demonstrable experience managing clients within the financial services industry, ideally in CFDs, FX, brokerage, or wealth management.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capability.

Proven ability to manage a portfolio with discipline, prioritising effectively across competing demands.

A genuine client-centred mindset and commitment to service excellence.

High standards of reliability, integrity, and professional conduct.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A proactive, commercially aware, and goal-oriented approach.

CySEC Basic certification is considered an advantage; candidates without certification will be supported in obtaining it.
