.NET Team Manager

We're looking for a hands-on .NET Team Manager to lead a team of 7–10 developers across multiple products, while spending up to 80% of your time actually building software. You'll own our .NET Centre of Excellence and shape how we develop at scale.
The role
- Lead, hire and develop a team of 7–10 .NET developers
- Hands-on design and development — up to 80% of your time
- Own our .NET Centre of Excellence — standards, practices, tech strategy
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, deployments and operational excellence
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders across the business
You'll need
- 2+ years leading or managing a software engineering team
- 5+ years in C# and .NET
- Frontend skills — TypeScript, Angular or React
- Azure App Services and Azure DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines, branching)
- Microservices and client-server architecture experience
- SaaS and domain-driven design background
- Agile environment experience
- Strong English communication skills
Bonus
- Cross-platform development (iOS, Android, Windows, Linux)
- Microsoft Playwright
- Payment systems experience
