Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Relevant experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria; relocation costs fully covered by the company.
