Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Yard Coordinator for our Aurora, CO location. The Yard Coordinator will ensure the efficient operation of our yard and facility by managing equipment check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with equipment inspections, and keeping the yard clean and organized. Experience with heavy machinery, especially CAT equipment, is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle equipment check-in and check-out procedures.
• Record video and photographic documentation of equipment and attachments.
• Prepare and communicate damage reports to sales, customers, and service departments.
• Handle shipping and receiving of machines and parts
• Maintain up-to-date equipment and attachment inventories using the M1 computer system.
• Assist with tire inspections and maintain tire inventory data.
• Enter relevant data into work orders.
• Ensure the yard and shop areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Operate forklifts to assist with loading and unloading attachments and parts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Shop Foreman.

Requirements

Personal Requirements:

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude or background is preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
