This is an onsite temporary position based at our Banbridge HQ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce to ensure accurate orders, inventory, and customer data.
  • Update and communicate customer commit dates at SKU level, ensuring alignment with supply availability.
  • Manage customer receipts, including completion of Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and Goods Receipts (GRs).
  • Confirm and reconcile inventory positions with customers to maintain accuracy and trust.
  • Attend and contribute to OEM meetings, providing updates, insights, and action follow-ups.
  • Track, analyse, and report KPIs to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Responsible and reliable, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with proven experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Solid technical capability combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness and ability to learn, apply, and share new skills efficiently.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and numerical skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to respond effectively to changing customer and business needs.
  • A motivated, proactive team player with a positive and professional approach.
