Arabic Speaking Cook (Commis I level) - Private VIP Family

Apt Resources is seeking a skilled Arabic Speaking Cook (Commis I level) to join a Private VIP Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a high-profile family, preparing exquisite Arabic and international dishes according to their preferences and dietary needs.

As a Commis I level cook, you will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene. You will work under the supervision of the head chef or family chef, contributing to an efficient and well-organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking authentic Arabic and international cuisine to meet the family's expectations.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.
• Follow dietary guidelines and special instructions provided by the family.
• Manage inventory and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
• Communicate effectively in Arabic with the family and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis I level cook or similar, preferably with experience in private households or VIP families.
• Fluent Arabic speaking and strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Arabic and international cuisine.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the family.
• Can attend 1-day trial if needed in a private VIP Palace in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Benefits

Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 plus accommodation, and food provided.
