  • Support quick turnaround for internal and external communication needs

3.     Social Media Visual Content

  • Produce visual assets for social media and internal platforms
  • Adapt content formats for different channels and audiences
  • Ensure consistency with brand tone and visual identity

4.     Design Support (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Provide basic graphic design support (e.g. social visuals, simple layouts, templates)
  • Work closely with the Senior Designer to ensure visual consistency
  • Assist in preparing communication materials when required

5.     Archive & Asset Management

  • Organise and maintain photo and video assets in accordance with archive standards
  • Tag, catalogue, and store materials for easy retrieval

  • Ensure consistency and quality in archived materials

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in videography, photography, or multimedia production
  • A strong portfolio is required (video + photography samples)
    • Candidates should demonstrate experience in event coverage and storytelling content
  • Strong technical skills in video shooting and editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects is a plus)
