You’ve built your career driving results, leading people, and taking ownership when the stakes are high. Now you’re ready for a role that gives you real influence, real growth opportunity, and a culture that values both performance and humanity.
As a Regional Manager based in Chicago, you’ll lead a growing team of Advance Funeral Planners in a growing Chicagoland market. You’ll support rapid expansion across the region while honoring the deeply personal nature of this profession.
This is a role for a sales-driven, entrepreneurial leader who knows how to push for outcomes without losing sight of empathy, trust, and care.
What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it!)
- Lead a growth-focused team. Oversee and develop 5+ Advance Funeral Planners by motivating performance, coaching to outcomes, and holding clear accountability to results. You’ll have autonomy and trust to run your region like a business.
- Own a high-impact partnership. Work closely with enterprise leadership and local funeral home managers. You’ll help bring structure, strategy, and momentum to a rapidly growing market. Overnight travel is minimal, but a high degree of territorial travel will ensure that you are maximizing the potential of our partnerships!
- Drive sales with purpose. You’ll actively sell alongside your team when needed, model best practices, and reinforce an outcomes-first approach that always respects the realities of advance planning. You’ll lead with emotional intelligence because you understand how to push performance with care professionals without eroding trust.
- Build smart, scalable systems. Bring a corporate mindset to a fast-moving environment. You’ll think strategically, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly as new opportunities emerge across the Chicagoland market.
