Assistant Field Marketing Manager

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Assistant Field Marketing Manager to support field marketing efforts within their assigned territory. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, enjoys supporting and developing teams, and is passionate about creating memorable brand experiences that drive growth for a rapidly expanding home improvement company.

What You'll Do:

• Support the Field Marketing Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating a high-performing field marketing team within your territory
• Assist in the planning, managing, and execution of field marketing initiatives to generate high-quality sales leads
• Help manage the event calendar, including scheduling, logistics, execution, and post-event performance analysis
• Represent Bath Cabinet Experts’ exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements
• Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, confidently showcasing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Skybrook Kitchen products and services
• Engage with prospective customers through professional, consultative conversations
• Support sales growth by following up on leads and scheduling qualified sales appointments
• Assist with additional marketing initiatives, including outbound calls and lead nurturing
• Track, analyze, and report event performance to optimize future marketing strategies
• Support new market launches and assist with training and onboarding new team members as needed

Who You Are:

• Energetic, outgoing, and confident engaging with diverse audiences
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
• Prior leadership or field marketing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally with branded marketing materials
