About the Role
We are seeking an organised and results-driven Rental Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end performance of our rental operations. You will ensure fleet safety, compliance, and optimal utilisation while coordinating teams, processes, and assets to deliver a reliable customer experience.
You will act as a key coordinator for people, processes and assets to deliver a reliable customer experience. You will also be accountable for driving strong financial outcomes through disciplined fleet management, cost control, and proactive decision making.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver rental revenue and margin through effective operational and cost control.
- Monitor performance, identify trends, and take proactive action to meet targets.
- Oversee fleet utilisation, availability, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate transport operations to ensure efficient, timely service delivery.
- Plan fleet, logistics, and workshop activity to meet demand.
- Identify risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high customer service standards through clear, timely communication.
- Lead and support team members to achieve business outcomes.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant industry experience (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail
- A results-orientated mindset with a drive for quality customer service and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven problem-solving, analytical and project management skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred).
