Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options based on preferences and budget.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers effectively.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry to finalizing the purchase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, financing options, and inventory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Passion for automobiles and a solid understanding of vehicle features and specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proficient in using computer software applications for sales tracking and customer management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or automotive fields are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
