Automotive General Sales Manager – $200K+ Earning Potential

The fastest-growing NIssan dealership in the region is expanding again — and we’re searching for a proven Automotive General Sales Manager to lead our New and Used Sales operations to the next level.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven leader who knows how to deliver results, inspire teams, and maximize profitability.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive profitability across both new & used vehicle departments
  • Develop annual sales forecasts (vehicle sales, gross, expenses, and operating profit)
  • Set and exceed sales goals by coaching & motivating the sales team
  • Hold weekly sales meetings and deliver impactful training sessions
  • Manage inventory supply, acquisition, and trade-in appraisals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve escalated issues promptly
  • Partner with the Finance & Insurance Manager to maximize performance
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and represent the dealership with integrity

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of proven dealership sales management experience
  • Ability to lead multiple departments and manage diverse teams
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Drive to work the hours it takes — including evenings & weekends — to win
  • Valid state sales license
