As we expand in Malaysia, we are looking for a Affiliate Partnerships (Manager, Assistant Manager) to lead and scale our affiliate and strategic partnerships program.

The Role

As a Senior Manager, Affiliate Partnerships, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing affiliate and partner ecosystems to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop high-impact partnership strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the affiliate and partnerships strategy for Malaysia
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key affiliate partners (publishers, influencers, networks, aggregators)
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives through CPA, CPL, and revenue-share models
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners to unlock new growth channels
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance using data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, sales) to align partnership initiatives
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and delivering measurable growth
  • Strong network within affiliate ecosystems (publishers, networks, agencies)
  • Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or digital platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tracking and attribution tools
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional local language is a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing regional or multi-market affiliate programs
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, or similar
  • Experience working with influencers, content partners, or KOL ecosystems
