Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a friendly and efficient Admin cum Receptionist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth daily operations at the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for the team
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings as required
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
