Core Responsibilities:

- Manage product proclamation processing via Viet Nam National Single Window which includes:

  • Review product dossiers (formula, claims, labeling) for compliance with ACD and Vietnamese regulations
  • Coordinate with principals and internal teams for regulatory documentation
  • Manage product database and track notification validity/renewals
  • Prepare and review local labeling in accordance with Vietnamese regulations
  • Process payments for regulatory submission fees
  • Download PDF Product Visas and coordination with Logistics team for import clearance works
  • Manage re-registration based on expiry of current product visas

- Online user set up with Viet Nam National Single Window for new entities

- Review of regulatory QQIL (Quantitative and Qualitative Ingredient List) in line with ANNEXES of ACD

- Process Cosmetics Advertisement application

Non-Core responsibilities:

- Liaison in preparation of Certificate of Origin

- Safety assessment of ingredient list for PIF

- New Ingredient registration

- Audit readiness / documentation control

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Science (Chemistry or related field)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetic product notification (proclamation) preparation
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Familiar with Annexes of Circular 06/2011/TT-BYT and the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD)
  • Good understanding of Vietnam cosmetic labeling regulations
  • Basic knowledge of cosmetic claims compliance under ACD
  • Knowledge on VN product classification requirements
  • Knowledge in Specialty Food Labelling requirements
