As a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) for MANDYS Shoes, you will play a crucial role in promoting the brand and increasing sales at retail locations. You will be the face of MANDYS Shoes, engaging with customers enthusiastically, providing product information, and creating a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote MANDYS Shoes products actively to customers in-store and during promotional events.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain a neat and attractive product display to attract customer attention.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing activities and events.
• Ensure timely replenishment of products and manage stock levels on the sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with shoppers.
• Report daily sales performance and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a SPG or in retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good grooming and personal presentation.
• Passion for fashion and footwear products is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
