Key Responsibilities

Coordinate full program execution (promotion → delivery → closing)
Ensure everything is prepared on time (materials, logistics, schedules, communication with coaches)
Track tasks and deadlines
Solve day-to-day problems without escalating everything
Coordinate with internal team and coaches
Anticipate issues and prevent problems before they happen
Ensure a smooth and professional program experience
Adapt to workload peaks (including weekends or key moments)
