Disaster Recovery Lead

Define and own the end to end disaster recovery (DR) strategy aligned to business continuity objectives.
• Design and maintain DR architecture, recovery models, and fallback scenarios.
• Establish and govern RTO/RPO targets, DR policies, and recovery procedures.
• Coordinate DR planning, environment readiness, and system recoverability across teams.
• Plan and execute DR drills, simulations, and validation testing.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Support cutover, go live, and major releases with validated DR readiness.
• Act as escalation point during DR events, incidents, and recovery execution.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Disaster Recovery lead.
Total 10 Years of experience in IT field.
