Event Marketing Executive (B2B)

We’re looking for a hands-on Events Marketing Associate to support the delivery of B2B marketing events.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organising events, coordinating logistics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring events to life. You will support industry events, networking sessions, and customer events, while gaining exposure to broader marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Requirements

RESPONISBILITIES
Events (Main Focus)

• Coordinate and support the execution of B2B events (e.g. roundtables, networking sessions, industry events, customer events).
• Assist with venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and event logistics planning.
• Manage event registrations, guest lists, and attendee communications.
• Support on-site event setup, coordination, and execution.
• Track event attendance and assist with post-event lead and data management.

Marketing Support

• Assist with email invitations and basic campaign coordination to drive attendance.
• Support preparation of event materials (e.g. slides, emails, simple marketing assets).
• Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing and Sales.
• Maintain trackers for events, registrations, and campaign activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in events, marketing, or coordination roles.
• Experience supporting or organising events (corporate or B2B preferred).
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on, on-site event work.
• Good communication skills in English. Additional Southeast Asian language skills such as Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, or Mandarin are an advantage.
