The Support & Knowledge Transfer Specialist provides operational system support, develops high-quality documentation, and delivers knowledge transfer activities to ensure system sustainability, user capability uplift, and continuity of service.

This is a 12 month contract role.

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Provide day-to-day support for users, including troubleshooting issues and managing support requests
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams where required
  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and instructional content (written and video)
  • Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to internal staff and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation within designated document management systems
  • Support onboarding of new users through structured training and support materials
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge management practices
  • Ensure knowledge is effectively captured and shared to reduce key-person dependency

What you'll bring:

  • Experience providing application or system support within enterprise environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Proven experience developing training materials and delivering knowledge transfer
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with document or records management systems (desirable)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
