As an Application Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the continuity, availability, and management of our applications and systems. You advise (line) management on improvements and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Main Tasks:
- Ensuring the availability and proper functioning of applications and systems.
- Handling malfunctions and emergencies, including working with suppliers.
- Supporting and instructing employees in the use of applications.
- Managing authorizations and compliance with data protection.
- Performing performance measurements and identifying areas for improvement.
- Preparing procedures, documentation, and management reports.
Requirements
- Higher professional education (HBO) level, supplemented with experience in IT and application management.
- Solid knowledge of software applications and developments in the field (knowledge of Labonline is a plus).
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Independence and problem-solving ability, even under time pressure.
- Awareness of information security and privacy (GDPR).
