WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Group Business Development Manager to join our corporate customer focused team.
Location: Prague (Czech Republic) preferred; open to other European P3 locations.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
Key Account Management & Existing Customers:
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing strategic accounts across Europe
- Act as a senior point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth
- Coordinate at the corporate level for the other key account owners from the management team
- Provide strategic oversight and continuous improvement of the key account management program
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
- All key accounts activities coordination
Business Development & Prospecting:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities and contacts across P3´s markets
- Understand market development and create/modify prospect lists accordingly
- Understand market trends and plan according to that the yearly prospecting focus and target list
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and enter new sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders to identify new opportunities (brokers, partners, prospects)
- Use P3 future CRM system to monitor business opportunities
Events & Customer Engagement:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of international customer events
- Drive innovative engagement initiatives to strengthen client relationships and brand presence
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- Proven sales experience within the logistics real estate sector, ideally in an international or multi-market environment, with a strong understanding of cross-border dynamics
- Demonstrated business development track record, including identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into long-term clients
- Strong industry knowledge of logistics real estate and market trends
- Relationship management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies
- Proactive and self-driven mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
